Lindsay picked out a $25,000 gift given to her by famed jeweler Pascal Mouawad - "A heart shaped necklace".

It is rumored that Lindsay will be collaborating with pascal to create her own Jewelry line.

Mouawad previously collaborated with Heidi Klum and Nicole Richie.
